Our artist Kat delivered a workshop in Nottingham on 27 March.
These two children worked really hard and finger painted Easter chicks with yellow paint and then using fine liner pen added in their legs and beaks.
The above painting of trees in blossom were created using water colour paint and a wet on wet technique so that the colours bleed into each other. The dark brown tree trunk was added and the branches were made with siting straws to blow through then the flowers were added on at the end using a cotton bud.
Thank you to all the children who took part in the workshop – we had a lovely day!
